BlocPal is pleased to announce that we have achieved SOC 2 Type 1 certification, an independent audit that validates our platform’s security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy controls. SOC 2, which stands for System and Organization Controls, is a widely recognized international standard that we have implemented for our North American platform. With over 50,000 active retailers and more than $20 billion in transactions processed globally, maintaining robust organizational controls and security is a top priority for us. This certification supports our ongoing efforts to enhance our digital banking and digital wealth services and paves the way for our planned expansion into areas such as DeFi services, proof of reserves, and tokenized asset solutions. Moreover, it reinforces our strategic partnership with OneFeather to serve Indigenous Services Canada while positioning us well for future public listing and audits.
