Depositing / Withdrawing

Please note that the methods described below are for depositing/withdrawing funds into any of your BlocPal Account's wallets. If you wish to transfer to/from another BlocPal user please use the Transfer option.

• Log into your BlocPal Account.
• On the bottom menu, click on the ellipses on the bottom right and then click Deposit.
• Select which Wallet you want to deposit your funds into. You can choose which wallet you'd like to deposit funds into by clicking on the wallet icon, then clicking on the wallet name in the list that shows up.
• Select which currency you want to deposit into your wallet. You can do this clicking on your wallet name, then clicking the currency you would like to be deposited into your wallet.
• Once you have selected your currency, enter the amount you would like to deposit.
• Select the linked bank account to deposit funds from. If you do not have a linked bank account, you will be prompted to link one in order to deposit funds.
• Click on the Deposit button to finish the process.

• Log onto your BlocPal Account
• On the bottom menu, click on the ellipses on the bottom right and then click Deposit.
• Select which Wallet you want to deposit your funds into. You can choose which wallet you'd like to deposit funds into by clicking on the wallet icon, then clicking on the wallet name in the list that shows up.
• Select which currency you want to deposit into your wallet. You can do this clicking on your wallet name, then clicking the currency you would like to be deposited into your wallet.
• Click on "Show Address" to generate an address that you can use for depositing your funds. You can use either the QR code or the Public Address provided to deposit your crypto funds.

• Log onto your BlocPal Account
• On the bottom menu, click on the ellipses on the bottom right and then click Withdraw.
• Select which Wallet you want to withdraw your funds from. You can choose which wallet you'd like to withdraw funds from by clicking on the wallet icon, then clicking on the wallet name in the list that shows up.
• Select which currency you want to withdraw from your wallet. You can do this clicking on your wallet name, then clicking the currency you would like to be withdrawn from your wallet.
• Once you have selected your currency, enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
• Select the linked bank account to withdraw funds into. If you do not have a linked bank account, you will be prompted to link one in order to withdraw funds.
• Click on the Withdraw button to finish the process.

• Log onto your BlocPal Account

• Select which Wallet you want to withdraw your funds from. You can choose which wallet you'd like to withdraw funds from by clicking on the wallet icon, then clicking on the wallet name in the list that shows up.
• Select which currency you want to withdraw from your wallet. You can do this clicking on your wallet name, then clicking the currency you would like to be withdrawn from your wallet.
• Once you have selected your currency, enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
• Select the linked external wallet to withdraw funds into. If you do not have a linked third-party wallet, you will be prompted to link one in order to withdraw funds.
• Click on the Withdraw button to finish the process.
